Most people know what they want to say, but sometimes a small problem in their speaking style makes it hard for people to understand them. If people don’t understand you, they will not know what you want them to do and will also not feel confident about you.
People like to work with those who appear confident. So the more confident people feel about you, the more likely they are to take the next steps you want them to take.
